I have booked Maple Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast many times and highly recommend it. I appreciated the amenities in the room, such as central heating, a dining area, and an iron and ironing board. the staff members were all very friendly and welcoming. the location is great, being close to excellent restaurants and New Hampshire. Additionally, there is a private university just 2 miles away, which was convenient.

Perfect setting, adjacent to boats, paddle boards, and floaties, and Lake Sunapee. A great selection of goodies for breakfast.

A twin room was the best. It had things I needed, including central heating, a dining area and ironing facilities. The hotel was in a magnificent location right by excellent restaurants, the ski area and Lake Sunapee.
